Acr50 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the Terms & Conditions governing the use of the acr50 platform by all registered users and visitors. Please read each section carefully before registering an account or using any services provided by this platform.
By registering an account or using the acr50 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the acr50 platform ("Platform"). This agreement covers all services, features, content, and functionality provided through the acr50.com website and its official mobile applications.
Use of this platform is subject to the condition that you:
- Aged 18 or above, or have reached the age of majority under applicable local law
- Not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction from accessing online gambling services
- Register only one account in your own name and not on behalf of anyone else
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process
The acr50 platform reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or closure, and any related balance may be frozen until verification is complete.
Account Creation, Security & Account Policy
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the acr50 platform. Registering multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and their balances forfeited.
You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your login credentials is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report the compromise to the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
The acr50 platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or behaviour suspected to be unlawful is detected
- The user registers a new account after a previous account has been closed
- Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading
- The user uses third-party software to manipulate game outcomes
In confirmed cases of fraud, the platform reserves the right to hold account balances while an internal investigation is conducted. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact customer support at [email protected] for a review.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Use
The acr50 platform is provided solely for the personal entertainment and betting purposes of eligible individual users. You agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and must not use it to:
- Engaging in activities that violate Malaysian law or any other applicable laws
- Transferring funds obtained through illegal activities (money laundering)
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use
- Using bots, automated software, or reverse engineering techniques to interfere with platform systems
- Selling, transferring, or reselling your account to another party
Responsible Gambling
Acr50 encourages all users to play responsibly. Users acknowledge that:
- Gambling carries financial risk and all betting decisions are solely the user's responsibility
- The platform does not guarantee winnings in any game or bet
- Users should set personal limits and avoid betting more than they can afford to lose
- Funds used for betting must not be borrowed or sourced from unlawful means

Payment Information & Transaction Policy
Deposits & Currency
All financial transactions on the acr50 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (Malaysian online banking), TNG eWallet, and direct bank transfer. The platform is not liable for any transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using another person's credit card or bank account without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may change from time to time. Current limits can be viewed in the Deposit section of your account once logged in.
Withdrawals & Identity Verification
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as the platform account. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification — including copies of identification documents — before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or as part of routine security checks.
All withdrawal requests are subject to internal security review. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — e-wallets are generally faster than direct bank transfers. The platform is not liable for any delays that occur once a transaction has been submitted to the payment provider.
The platform reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawals where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or unresolved account verification issues.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
All bonuses, offers, and promotions provided by acr50 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. These terms include wagering requirements, betting limits, eligible games, time limits, and other applicable conditions. Users must read and understand the terms of each offer before accepting it.
The platform reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through improper means, including exploitation of system vulnerabilities, collusion between users, or the use of multiple accounts. Winnings derived from voided bonuses may also be forfeited at the platform's discretion.

Intellectual Property
All content on the acr50 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and brand names — is owned by or licensed to the platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from acr50 management.
Third-Party Links & Services
The acr50 platform may engage third-party services to process payments, verify identities, or provide gaming content. The platform is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or conduct of any such third parties.
Any links to external websites that may appear on the platform do not constitute an endorsement or approval of those sites' content. Users access external links at their own risk.
Term Amendments, Governing Law & Contact Us
Changes to These Terms
The acr50 platform reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the current terms.
Continued use of the platform after any amended terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through customer support.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the acr50 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. The courts of Malaysia shall have jurisdiction over any such matters.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
