Financial transaction records may be retained for longer periods in accordance with applicable Malaysian legal requirements.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
Acr50 does not sell or disclose users' personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. However, there are limited situations where sharing information with certain parties is necessary to operate the platform:
- Payment processors: FPX service providers and digital wallets such as TNG eWallet require minimum transaction information to process deposits and withdrawals in MYR. These providers have their own privacy policies and are subject to Malaysian financial regulations.
- Technical service providers: Third parties assisting with server hosting, performance analytics, and technical support may have limited access to data strictly necessary for their assigned tasks, under strict confidentiality agreements.

- Fraud prevention: In certain cases, required information may be shared with relevant parties for the purpose of preventing fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes.
In all of the above situations, only the minimum necessary information will be shared, and the receiving parties are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
